Armed with deposition testimony they say establishes their client did not engage in any fraud, attorneys for Michael R. Drobot are once again asking the U.S. District Court for Central California to dismiss the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization complaint filed by State Compensation Insurance Fund.
