Court Upholds Dismissal of Carrier's Claim for Premium Payment

The Iowa Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal of an insurance carrier’s claim for payment of additional premium from a self-employed roofer and also affirmed the dismissal of the roofer’s bad-faith claim against the carrier.
