Maine's workers' compensation system could have a drug formulary before the end of the year, and its focus will be therapeutic if Workers' Compensation Chairman and Executive Director Paul Sighinolfi has his way.
Sighinolfi is working with a task force to determine if the commission should have a formulary. If the decision is yes, he said it will be time to go forward with the rulemaking procedures late this year or in early 2016.
