DLI Names Assistant Commissioner for Work Comp

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry announced that Jessica Stimac was appointed assistant commissioner for workers’ compensation, effective Wednesday. Stimac has 20 years of experience in the state’s workers’ compensation system. Most recently, she was chief general counsel at the department. She started with DLI as a mediator in the alternative dispute resolution unit.
