The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau is proposing an amendment to its experience rating plan to revise the mapping of direct employment classifications into temporary staffing classification codes 520 through 529.
The bureau explained in a memorandum that in 2010 it revised its procedure for mapping direct employment classes to them with similar rating values into a common temporary staffing exposure group. However, the bureau at the time knew that rating values would change over time, so it reviews the relativities every two years and realigns the mapping as necessary.
