Alliant Insurance Services has announced the formation of a new brokerage service, Alliant Mergers and Acquisitions.  Falling under the Alliant Specialty umbrella, the new service will work with private equity firms and asset investors to ensure transactions address risk management. It will be led by Senior Vice President Jonathan Gilbert.
