BWC Posts Formulary Changes for Comment

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is asking for comments on additional proposed changes to its outpatient medication formulary rule. The bureau said it is accepting comments through Sept. 20. Comments can be sent to providerfeedback @bwc.state.oh.us. A copy of the rule and the appendix are here. The latest proposed changes are highlighted in turquoise on a copy of the appendix to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-21.3.
