WCS Posts 2022 Fee Schedule

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section posted a copy of its 2022 Medical Fee Schedule. Billing and payment rules were adjusted based on changes to the medical care component of the Consumer Price Index for services provided on or after Feb. 1. Among other things, the WCS is increasing conversion factors slightly in the latest fee schedule. The conversion factor for surgery increased to $263.64 from $260.77, while the factor for anesthesiology increased to $92.01 from $91.01.
