Rules Change to Allow Electronic Submission of Injury Reports

The Utah Industrial Accidents Division is proposing a rules change that will allow the electronic submission of workplace injury reports, according to the June 1 edition of the Utah State Bulletin.The proposed changes to R612-200 and R612-200-1 would replace existing rules that call for the submission of paper forms and establish a process allowing electronic submission.
