Supreme Court Says Traveling Worker Suffered Compensable Fall While Souvenir Shopping

The Kentucky Supreme Court ruled that a traveling worker was entitled to benefits for her injuries from a fall while leaving her hotel to go souvenir shopping. Kimminee Costello worked for Thompson Catering & Special Events. In March 2014, Costello traveled to Las Vegas to attend a conference.
