The California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board says it doesn't have immediate plans to discontinue its program of shifting lien trials and hearings out of Los Angeles and Orange County and into Oxnard and San Bernardino, and attorneys say that the program is helping them get cases resolved faster.The board began sending cases from Los Angeles and Long Beach to Oxnard in June 2011, and started setting lien matters from Anaheim, Santa Ana, Riverside and Pomona in San Bernardino this February.
