Multiple Bills May Be Consolidated; Ending Duration Cap Leads the Pack

With more than two-dozen worker-friendly bills on the table and just over a month left in the 2019 session, Democratic lawmakers are now discussing ways to combine most of the measures into one omnibus reform action.
