Misclassification Task Force Proposal Resurfaces

Nevada lawmakers have resurrected a proposal to create a task force to study employee misclassification. Democratic Sens. Marilyn Dondero Loop, of Las Vegas; Pat Spearman, of North Las Vegas; and David R. Park, of Las Vegas, introduced Senate Bill 493 at the end of March.
