Brochure Requirement Resumes June 27

The Florida Department of Financial Services announced that carriers must resume mailing injured workers informational brochures, starting June 27. The department on Friday announced the revocation of CFO Directive 2020-06. The directive, among other things, suspended the requirement in 440.185(3) to mail the documents as part of the state’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
