Amended Bill Would Cap TD Extension at 90 Days for Successful IMR Challenge

An amended bill that would extend the duration of temporary disability benefits by up to 90 days when an injured worker successfully challenges a denial of requested medical treatment was among measures fiscal committees in both chambers of California’s Legislature passed last week.
