Gasvoda, No. 25-ICA-78, 10/24/2025, published. Facts: Joseph Gasvoda worked for Murray American Energy Inc. He injured his wrist at work in June 2019. A claims administrator for Murray’s insurance carrier accepted liability for a wrist sprain. In June 2019, Gasvoda underwent a magnetic resonance imaging scan.
