Utah lawmakers passed a bill that would require requests for reimbursement from the Employers' Reinsurance Fund be submitted within two years.
Senate Bill 127 would also repeal language requiring the reinsurance fund to pay extended benefits to wholly dependent beneficiaries of people receiving benefits under the Utah Occupational Disease Act.
