State Lawmakers Reject Presumption Expansion for Hospital Workers

The California Senate voted down a bill that would have created presumptions that infectious diseases, post-traumatic stress disorder, musculoskeletal injuries and some respiratory illnesses are compensable for hospital workers who provide direct patient care.
