The Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that it completed its annual review of premium surcharge rates and will not be modifying the assessments this year.
The Workers’ Compensation Cash Fund premium surcharge will remain at 1.4%.
The assessment that funds cost containment, which is not charged to self-insured employers, is 0.03% of premiums.
And there will be no assessment for the Subsequent Injury Fund.
The division said it will not hold a public hearing on surcharge rates this year because they are not changing.
