Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Co. (KEMI) has sent out nearly $27 million in dividend checks to more than 35,000 policyholders and is in the process of tracking down employers due another $2 million, officials of the state-chartered workers' compensation carrier said Friday.Beginning Aug. 13, KEMI began implementing a dividend program agreed to by its board of directors following a call by a key state senator and Gov.
