OSHA Cites Lumber Co. following Entanglement Death of Worker

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Graham Lumber Co. for one willful and one serious safety violation after the death of an employee in April, OSHA announced in a release. The employee was killed after becoming entangled in a conveyor belt at the company’s Fulton, Mississippi, lumber mill. The worker was cleaning up sawdust and bark around an unguarded conveyor when he became entangled.
