Longtime Oklahoma City attorney Robert H. Gilliland and Denise Engle, a deputy insurance commissioner, will serve on the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission, joining retired banker Troy Wilson, Sr. on the newly created three-member panel beginning Nov. 6.Gov. Mary Fallin on Thursday announced the appointments of Gilliland, an attorney with the McAfee and Taft law firm in Oklahoma City for 40 years, and Engle to the commission.
