Court Tosses Penalties, Fees Against Employer for Taking Offset Against Worker's Benefits

A Louisiana appellate court reversed an award of penalties and attorney fees against a public employer, finding the employer had been entitled to offset payment of comp benefits an employee received through the Parochial Employees Retirement System.
