WCB Holding Educational Sessions on CMS-1500 Mandate

The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board is holding a series of educational sessions ahead of a coming mandate that providers submit CMS-1500 medical billing forms electronically. The WCB last year announced that providers will be required to submit CMS-1500 forms electronically through a board-approved electronic submission partner starting Aug. 1.
