Triable Issues Existed as to Extent of Claims Waived by Worker in Settlement Agreement

The Utah Court of Appeals ruled that triable issues existed as to whether a construction worker who suffered injuries when he and a fellow worker from a project agreed to help the general contractor on a neighboring construction site had released his claims against his fellow worker when he settled his claim against the general contractor.
