Intoxicated Worker Barred from Receiving Indemnity Benefits

A man who was legally drunk at the time he was injured in a one-vehicle crash is barred from collecting indemnity benefits because intoxication was a reasonable and substantial cause of the accident, the Idaho Supreme Court said.
