The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday summarily declined review of a steel worker's claim that he was totally disabled by an injury to his neck two decades ago. The case was Cytemp Specialty Steel v. WCAB (Crisman), No. 162 WAL 2012. Richard Crisman began working for Cytemp Specialty Steel as a mill hand in 1973.
