The California Applicants' Attorneys Association is hosting a webinar Oct. 20 covering the legal history of efforts to rebut the permanent disability rating schedule with the use of vocational experts.
The seminar will cover case law starting with the 1st District Court of Appeal’s October 2011 decision in Ogilvie v. WCAB (City and County of San Francisco) through the latest Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board en banc decision in Nunes v. California Department of Motor Vehicles.
