Doc Agrees to Stop Dispensing Compounds Until Kickback, Manslaughter Charges Resolved

A Southern California doctor agreed to stop prescribing or dispensing compound drugs until kickback and manslaughter charges are resolved in a case that defense lawyers say should be thrown out because the Orange County District Attorney’s Office reviewed documents protected by attorney-client privilege.
