The U.S. Army will take reservist Keven Star, who is also court administrator for the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, away from his administrative duties just 11 days after the Division of Workers' Compensation launches its new paperless court system. The new Electronic Adjudication Management System is scheduled to go live Aug. 25. Star begins his active duty tour with the Army Sept. 5. He expects to be gone for one year.
