Kahn Leaving Appeals Board for Private Sector

Mark Kahn, the associate chief judge for the California Division of Workers’ Compensation, will join the workers’ compensation defense firm Altman & Lunche & Blitstein in Encino after he retires from his state job in June.Kahn was first sworn in as a workers’ compensation judge in January 1981 and served as presiding judge of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board in Van Nuys from 1985 to 1988.
