New York State Workers’ Compensation Fraud Inspector General Lucy Lang on Tuesday announced that a man pleaded guilty to fraud for working while collecting more than $10,000 in workers' compensation benefits.
Christopher Cronk, 58, claimed he could not work because of an ankle injury sustained in the course of his work as a painter for Cutting Edge Painting in March 2021.
