The Division of Workers' Compensation placed on probation until 2020 a qualified medical examiner who was disciplined by the Medical Board of California for failure to maintain accurate records of prescriptions and having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a patient.
The Medical Board, in an order dated Oct. 15, 2014, placed Dr. Peter J. Bullock on probation for six years and suspended his right to practice medicine for 45 days. The DWC on Wednesday added Bullock's name to its online list of disciplined QMEs.
