DWC Updates Hospital and ASC Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced an order incorporating into the Hospital Outpatient Departments and Ambulatory Surgical Centers Fee Schedule files recently corrected by Medicare. On Oct. 7, the division issued an order adopting Medicare’s hospital and ASC payment rules. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued corrected addendums on Oct. 21.
