Approximately one of every four hearing officials with the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission have filed claims for on-the-job injuries and none of the claims have been denied, according to the Belleville News-Democrat.The southwestern Illinois paper reported seven of 32 arbitrators or hearing officers filed claims in recent years, including five out of 17 located in the southern portion of the state.
