One Call Medical said Monday it has promoted Don Duford to the position of chief executive officer.Duford has been president and chief operating officer of the Parissippany, N.J.-based diagnostic testing and specialty services firm since joining One Call Medical in 2004.Previously serving as CEO and chairman of the board, Kent Spafford will now exclusively serve as chairman and remain involved in helping to formulate the company’s strategies primarily in the areas of acquisitions, legislative updates, and regulatory issues, the company said.
