DWC Asks Lawyers to Follow Procedure on E-filing

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims is asking attorneys to tighten up on electronic filing procedures and to follow regulations. Kentucky administrative regulations prohibit the filing of notices of deposition, physical exams and requests for documents through the litigation management system, known as LMS, Commissioner Robert Swisher said in a bulletin.
