The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has made a correction to its emergency rules, extending an eligibility presumption to members of the news media who may fall ill from the coronavirus. But business groups and insurance attorneys continue to push back, saying the commission overstepped its authority and ventured into the realm of lawmaking. “There are many questions about this rule change.
