The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) proposed fines of $58,300 against Healthcare Services Group Inc. for exposing workers to multiple hazards at a Montana nursing home.OSHA said Healthcare Services Group, headquartered in Bensalem, Penn., did not train workers at the Missoula Health and Rehabilitation Center on how to prevent exposure to hepatitis B and failed to guard the belts and pulleys of a commercial dryer and cover the opening of an electrical junction box.
