FLOIR Appeal Stays Judge's Order Voiding Rate Increase

A 14.5% rate increase will go into effect as scheduled Thursday after the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and Commissioner David Altmaier on Tuesday filed a notice of appeal of a judge’s decision last week to grant a claimants’ attorney declaratory and injunctive relief.
