The Supreme Court of South Carolina ruled that a disbarred attorney had engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by representing clients before the Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges. Case: Ex Parte Wilson, No. 27919, 09/25/2019, published. Facts and procedural history: Bradley Rowland Marshall joined the Washington State Bar in 1986.
