Like it or not, virtual hearings are probably here to stay in the Texas workers' compensation system, regulators said Wednesday.
As workers' comp courts and agencies in a number of states have done, the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation moved hearings to video and teleconference platforms in March to help minimize human contact during the coronavirus pandemic.
