The California Division of Workers’ Compensation has posted adjustments to its Official Medical Fee Schedule for physician and non-physician practitioner services.
DWC on Friday also posted adjustments to the OMFS for hospital outpatient departments and ambulatory surgical centers.
The adjustments were made so that the OMFS conforms to changes in the Medicare payment system.
The orders adopting the OMFS adjustments are effective for services rendered on or after Oct. 1, and can be found here and here.
