Liability for Scaffolding Accident May Fall on Subcontractor Who Installed It

A subcontractor who was injured when he fell off scaffolding during a construction project may proceed with his personal injury suit against the project supervisor who supplied the scaffolding after settling the workers' compensation claim, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled in an en banc decision.
