Commonwealth Court to Decide Whether Protz Applies Retroactively

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has asked a lower court to decide whether its 2017 decision in Protz v. WCAB (Derry Area School District) applies retroactively, a move that could potentially impact the benefit status of thousands of workers. In order to move forward with deciding Gillespie v.
