Man Sentenced to 27 Months for Payroll Scheme

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida announced that a man who created a shell company as part of a payroll fraud scheme was sentenced to 27 months in federal prison Tuesday. Jose Molina-Herrera created All National Remodeling LLC to facilitate paying construction workers off the books and avoid payroll taxes and workers' compensation premiums.
