The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission announced changes to the official court document that directs claim administrators or insurance carriers to respond to an injured worker’s claim form within 30 days.
Changes to the “30-day Order Claim Filed” form, which added language to clarify who is expected to respond and will allow parties to provide a specific response identifying issues upon which they agree, take effect Friday.
