A judge of compensation claims erred by awarding a claimant's attorney fees for attempting to secure payment of several doctors bills, an appellate court concluded. Florida's 1st District Court of Appeal ruled that the employer in Alternative Service Concepts v. Willis should not be required to pay attorney fees.
