Gara, Castellucci Join NSM Insurance Group

NSM Insurance Group has hired Marc Castellucci as the company’s chief operating officer, and Jim Gara as program director of AllComp Solutions, NSM's workers' compensation division. Gara worked previously at PMA Insurance, where as a senior underwriting executive he had casualty production responsibilities for middle-market and large multi-line clients. He also worked as a senior underwriter at American International Group, or AIG, and Ace Group. Castellucci comes to NSM from American Family Insurance, where he was head of personal lines claims.
