United Heartland announced Monday the appointment of Greg Donovan as vice president of field operations.Donovan will be responsible for the underwriting and risk management services departments for the carrier, which is based in New Berlin, Wisc. United Heartland said Donovan has 38 years experience in the insurance industry. He most recently served as the vice president of marketing at Aon Risk Services in Milwaukee, Wisc.
